What are the chances that I'm UTD?

Ok. So AF is now five days late. Done a test but it's neg however if I've fallen pg when I have, that's to be expected.
So, we DTD on CD24 using the trusty ol' pull out method (harhar) thought I'd have been right seeing as AF was due in four days but now... Nadda! My cycle is usually 26-27 days in the dot.

So what are the odds? Obviously slim, but possible. Ok. This is turning into a really stupid question.

Also, is it possible for it to stop again with BF? DS has been unwell the last week and feeding like a newborn, so I wonder if that's it? *strokes chin*

It's definitely not impossible! But it could also be due to BF'ing. My cycles were a bit unpredictable while BF'ing. I stopped BF'ing last month and AF was 4 days "late" according to the calender, I was so freaked out LOL! The next one came 2 days early so I'm guessing my body is still regulating since weaning.

BFing throws cycles out big time for most people. I had first AF 1 month after having DD then nothing for 2 months. If your supply has been increased again then it is possible it's affecting AF. Also if your DS has been unwell and not sleeping/you not sleeping then it's possible something like that has thrown af out too.

Yeah. We haven't slept. We've hang off my boobs for the last week 24/7.

Hi Helle,
Wel....yes/no???? I'm dying to know.
We're in the same BB buddy group (I haven't popped in for at least 3+ months now). Have been hoping that AF wouldn't arrive, but she did, two days ago. Coincides perfectly with giving up BF'ing. Man, what an emotional roller coaster that is. Feeling sooooo very clucky. my DH doesn't want anymore, but I think I do. *sigh* what a tough decision to make?

I did another test when AF was a week late (its now 9 days missing) but it was BFN.

DH is keen on another, but he wants a Harley first

I'm keen but I'd like an extra room to put him/her in first! Logic is lost on males.

Now I'm getting dark brown spotting that I've gotten with both pg's before I found out I was actually pg.

Tossing up whether to get another test or just wait it out and see whether it eventuates into AF or stops.

Ohh yay! Get another test, I am testing tomorrow at 12DPO, I have had spotting these last few days... we could be belly buddies again!

Well, I'm getting frustrated.

Did a test (got the better of me) and it was BFN but I only watched it for about thirty seconds or so... Then looked at it just now and it has a faint BFP.

So now I dunno if it's evap or real -.-;

So much for getting an answer. Ill test again once I get home I spose.

Haven't you learnt to use FMU yet

although I have NEVER had an evap line before, it sounds promising... try again in the morning!

Just looked at it again. Pretty sure it's evap, I had a similar looking test while trying to conceive DS that ended up being evap.

FMU = first morning urine.

The first time you pee after you wake up is the most concentrated so should give the strongest/most accurate result.

Hon this happened to me, we DTD around then too and now im pregnant. I only got a BFP when I was 10 days late for AF hon cause I ovulated really late, chances are you are mate... Do another test first thing in the morning with the first wee and see how you go.
