Last month, I had a heavy period. Very heavy. Great big clot (there's another thread about that). That period was a day late.
During this month, we dtd twice - well, more than twice - but twice with most of it all happening in the right place, iykwim.
I saw the doctor Tuesday, about something totally unrelated. Tuesday AF was due. She did a pg test and it was negative. It's Thursday, and still no AF.
I have a slight feeling of AF, but at night I feel a lil queasy.
Each time (in the past) when I've bought a HPT, it's negative and AF turns up after I've taken the test. Seems like a bit of waste of money in the end.
The doctor gave me a blood test request, to have it done in 2 weeks if AF still hasn't turned up.
TWO WEEKS? That's like a 4ww, not a 2ww. The last 2 weeks were hard enough..
I'm just curious. If last month really was a miscarriage, could I even be pg this month? Does it work like that?
It could be possible that after a loss your body is till adjusting, especially to the hormones. I would wait maybe a week, if no AF by then you should take the BT, the results would be more than accurate by then. Best of luck. And yes it is more than possible after a loss to be pregnant, as this happened to my sister.
It is very possible to be pregnant the month after a very early loss. I agree with Amandah, wait a week and if still no AF get the blood test, or buy a cheap chemist own brand HPT and test at home, so at least you know.
I'll buy a hpt Monday when grocery shopping and test first thing Tuesday. It'll be a week on Tuesday.
Should I feel anything? Sometimes I feel a little queasy in the evenings.. And randomly I feel like I'm going to throw up. But I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, something different, or MS?
