Hi!

I have been tracking my cycle the last couple of months and according to my temps, I ovulated yesterday.

Today I have woken up feeling like absolute $hit with really bad cramping. I was thinking Ovulations pain but its all over my lower abdomen, back and sides.

Can anyone tell me what Ovulation pain feels like???
