What is wrong with my body??

I have a funny question, and im hoping someone may have had this happen to them, or know about it etc (p.s its a little bit gross)

My periods have never been regular, but they have always come. But for the last 4 times ive only bleed for a day, sometimes only half a day, there is hardly any blood (a few tiny clots occasionally) Id only notice the blood the second time I went to the toilet in the day (not when I first woke up - but a few hours later) but after the 2nd or 3rd time of going to the toilet the blood is gone, until next month when it happens again. The worst part is the day after the poor-excuse-for-a-period I get external thrush which only last 2-3 days and goes away on its own - no treatment.

    Am I weird or what??

    Any advice/help would be great!!

    hey hon,

I agree with the girls above- definitely go and get it checked out. Based upon personal experience, I would consult an experienced Naturopath who specialises in this area before consulting a GP. In my experience, Naturopaths are better at getting to the root cause of the problem, rather than prescribing medication etc which only treats the surface symptoms. This is just my opinion, of course- although I have been down the allopathic medical path in the past with serious reproductive health complications, (GPs, Gynacologists, Gastroenterologists, etc), and in the end, the only definitive answers and effective, lasting relief I received was from Natural Medicine. They can conduct all sorts of rigorous tests (saliva, blood, cellular, hair analysis, iridology, etc) to determine whether you have hormonal imbalances, heavy metal or pesticide toxicity, or many other issues which can affect your health and also act as a barrier to conception. They can also tailor a diet and recommend supplementation based upon your individual constitution. The care you get from a qualified Naturopath is very individualised, and will not apply to others with a similar problem- as everyone's body is different, and the same underlying health issues present themselves externally with different symptoms in each person.

Best of luck to you. I hope you find some answers soon.

    Xx
