Has anyone had bleeding post ovulation? Or definate implanation bleeding?

Im 5dpo and this morning had red blood when wiping going to the toilet..and then orange/brown mucous for the rest of the day.
4dpo light pink mucous
3dpo light brown

any ideas???

and yep and definate about when I ovulated, confirmed with FS and +OPK
