who has been to a naturopath whom have helped in conceiving

Hi guys, im a newie here, so a lot of the short forms you guys i dont quite get it. anyway, we are trying to get pregnant for 3 months now, i have stopped my pill in jan, but i was only on that pill for 3 weeks, stopped it as i forgot to take. then my period becomes longer, 1st month 39-days, 2nd month 42 days, then this month its already up to 44 days, my period hasnt start yet. we have used ovulation kits, and tried during ovulation time, also, i tried the lie down tech for 30 mins after having sex, but still no luck!

so, now i am a bit worried that i have infertility problem. instead of going to doc, i would like to try some natural meds. can anyone suggest to me naturopath u have seen who had helped you to get pregnant? i live in blackburn north, victoria. im really getting a bit nervous now...help needed...

    Hi Babyeager,

PM me for the details of a FANTASTIC naturopath/ayurvedic practitioner in Doncaster East. I've been seeing him since I was a teenager and I reckon he's a god! I haven't seen him for fertility issues but he has a testimonial on his wall from someone who was told that she couldn't have kids without an egg donor and he managed to work with her for a short period and she was pregnant within about 6 weeks.

    Good luck!

    hi babyeager.
i have also been trying since jan and have not had a period yet since being off the pill. its very normal to have to try for up to a year. try not to stress too much as this can also effect your chances. its great to see a natropath or every an acupuncturist for help. im doing this now.
    good luck hun.

    Thanks for the replies..
i am so glad that i saw replies from you guys and bit excited...am i am a newbie...so, still trying to get used to this forum..

Brooke, i know ill sounds stupid to you. But what is PM? So, what you were saying was she got pregnant within 6 weeks of seeing him? WOW! Thats a miracle and must be very exciting for her. my husband and i like kids, but becos im the type who likes things sort of immediately..cos im 28 now, wish can get pregnant this yr and 1-2 yrs later, thinking to have another one.

Liz28, did you try to take anything to regulate your period? today is my 45th day of my cycle and i havent even had my period yet. it really annoys me..when i was young, i wish i wont have my period, but now, i do really hope that i can have my period. Hahahah

You wont be able to PM until you reach 50 posts.
Facebook or MSN perhaps? you can add you MSN details to your profile so people can click on a link to get to your MSN

    Hope that helps.

After coming off the pill it is quite normal for your cycle to be messed around with, particularly if you were taking it sporadically, even for just 3 weeks. So try not to stress about that. (Easier said than done)

I hope you can find luck with a naturopath very soon - good luck!

    HI Brooke

Millions thanks for the details. you helped me out for my first step.

So, what kind of theory is he using? or did he give you mixture or tablets to fix the problems?

    My absolute pleasure!

I've seen him for a variety of different things over the past 10-15 years...man, that makes me feel old! The process he uses really depends on the issue he's dealing with. He's damn good at figuring out what's not working in my system just by using iridology (looking at the eyes) and also uses some other cool machine that tells him what's going on too. I've been given herbs and tablets for various things and have also received pranic healing from him. He'll no doubt be looking at diet too. As far as what he's helped me with, he disappeared the mild endometriosis I had as a teenager (and the severe pain that came with that). More recently he's helped my thyroid function the way it should be and, thankfully, I have alot more energy now. He's helped me with gallstone issues too. Actually, I'm in the middle of a cleanse to get rid of them right now...not fun but it works! He's also gotten rid of my sons excema and has helped alot with his asthma too. I could write forever really!!!

Hope that answers your questions? He has alot of knowledge from many different fields and he's the first person I contact if I have any health concerns. Best of luck!!!

    insulate cab

    Hey Brooke

I rang up to book in for an appointment today. the receptionist told me she will book me in for 18th, then i asked how long the first consultation will be normally for. Then i said ok, tomorrow is 18th, i will be able to make it(I kept thinking that today is 17th instead of 18th). Then she said, "no! Its aug 18th!" I was shocked! what am i going to do for these few months? Cos most importantly i need to get my cycle back to normal. Should i go to a local naturopath for time being? this is my problem now, not sure who should i go to...
