Facebook or MSN perhaps? you can add you MSN details to your profile so people can click on a link to get to your MSN

After coming off the pill it is quite normal for your cycle to be messed around with, particularly if you were taking it sporadically, even for just 3 weeks. So try not to stress about that. (Easier said than done)
