TTC - Day 21 with very sharp pains - getting worried or BFP?

Hi all
I have been having preg symptoms since 4dpo and I am feeling pretty sure i am preg (fingers crossed).
But these past 3 days I have been having sharp stabbing parts (short and quick) in my uterus along with the other pulling stretching feelings.
I am so worried that I am about to have a big bleed. I am just hoping that these a preg symptoms. I have never has this with 3 pregs so far.
Has anyone experienced this?

I wonder if it could be implantation? Each time i've gotten pg I've felt a sharp stabbing pain, although admittedly only once, but maybe your bub is just burrowing in very deep
