wow, its so fantastic to see so many positive people here who are ready and rearing to go! I am really happy to see so many of you got up the courage to put up your pics in the gallery and also the positive comments so many of you have written. Cant wait to see the progress shots!
I've had a pretty good start. Eating wholegrain cereal for brekky, ham and salad wrap for lunch and a small portion of steak with loads of steamed veggies for dinner. Although I did buy a bottle of the pink jewel champas and having a glass atm, its low in cals so I'm using that excuse for a little indulgence lol. One thing I was pretty pround of is that Selena and I walked down to the nearby highschool today and played about a 40 min game of tennis, it half killed me as I was constantly running for the ball being so unco but it was a big step in the right direction for me. Selena is so patient with my incompetent eye hand coordination but I'm slowly....very slowly getting there....we really had fun! Been having 2 to 3 L water each day mainly due to the heat up here but things are pretty good so far! Looking forward to what I can do tomorrow...hmmm....

Do heated arguments (and i mean heated, i thought i was going to lose my voice!) count as exersise?
I was so depressed yesterday. I thought i'd missed out on being included! I still stuck to my WW plan (at the time didnt know how many points!)and came in under! Today, i had 6 points to "spend", so i treated myself to the icecream in the freezes fil bought yesterday. Mil & i estimated it for 6 points and if im correct, it was only 4! (for those in the know about ww, i thought it exciting!) shame tho i didnt go for a walk today. Does shopping count as exersise? Coz mum & i (and my monkey) are going to dfo at the gold coast tomorrow!
Mum2squidgee- my order to santa was a wii fit too! However, i wasn't naughty, he was just broke. Lol
We have eye toy kinetic(the original) at pil's so ill just have to go round there and use it. Anyway, lights out for me, early start! Another good day over girls!
I had a good day today. We went shopping brought all healthy food, no juck. I did wii fit stepping and went for a walk.
I brought a pregnancy test while we were shopping. Did it tonight and got a :bfp:. :o I'm pregnant.

Thank you cookiemonster. Yes we had stopped TTC. We weren't trying but weren't preventing it (as you can see). OMG I'm still in shock.
I would still love the template. I'm still going to do the challenge by healthy eating and some exercise. I won't cut food back too much as I'm still breastfeeding and now pregnant but everything that goes into my month will be healthy. My last pregnancy I put on 35kg, I'm not doing that this time.

Well went out for tea and i was naughty. Wanted to be good but i was starving so ordered steak and chips but asked for a 1/2 serve of chips and 1/2 salad. The service was really bad and the food took forever to arrive and by then i wasn't that hungry so although i made a bad choice i didn't eat too much iykwim. Probably a 1/3 of my steak and 1/2 my chips but i did eat all my salad. Not sure what tomorrow will bring i'm hoping to be good. We are off to the zoo with my nieces who are visiting from QLD. I will take food with us so i wont be tempted to eat rubbish. At least there will be lots of walking involved and i'm bound to have dd2 in the sling and will end up pushing dd1 in the stroller :)
Well its almost 11pm so off to bed for me.
yay i lost 0.6 kilos this week (and have AF). i lost 4cms off tummy and 5cms off hips and 4cms off thigh! i walked a total of 5hrs last week. WW is so good and i saved up enough points so i had some wines and home-made pizza last night! i am so excited, week 2 here i come!

This is going to sound bad, but although im following WW, I dont feel like im eating any different, so im feeling a bit down today. Shopping for a nice dress (with a migrane im trying to shake)to go to a wedding next weekend probably isn't going to help. Must drag myself out of bed and get started.

I have been sticking to things pretty well. I did the home resistance Lucy posted. I'm a bit sore today but not too bad. I had a dream last night that I was pigging out on lollies and stuff. Does anyone else get those dreams when you're on a diet?? :redface:

I've been walking every morning and my calves have been letting me know about it. For some reason going down hills seem to hurt more then going up. Although today my thighs were starting to complain too. Told DH last night that he could buy me a Wii fit. I also bought a steamer yesterday, makes it easier to cook healthier food after a long work day.
off to do the shopping soon, so lots of good choices going into the trollley this week.
Wow, HPsmum, congratulations to you!! And what a surprise if you had stopped ttc! The same thing happened to me last year- I joined the challenge and then found out I was pg! Unlike you, I stopped trying to lose weight, though only put on 9kgs, pity I still had so much weight to lose from bub no 1!!
Well I have been good, yeaterday was a really good day, though didn't do any exercise :(. That will be my biggest challenge I think. Today is off to a good start too, just vegemite toast and coffee for breaky so far, will have some fruit later. And I will exercise today too, DH is home and I will go out by myself for some time alone.

I am doing ok, had a few slips yesterday as I didn't each lunch and we had chicken kebabs for dinner last night and DPs cooking methods are not exactly healthy! But I did heaps of exercise - walking and wii games.
Everyone else is doing well... as one of the posters said it will take time to get into the swing of things so don't be too hard on ourselves for minors slips!
Well I did 40 minutes again today. Miserable again :( i don't have a wet-weather cover for the pram and I don't want Jazz getting cold and wet so it was eyetoy again, gonna alternate between my two eyetoy games (Kinetic and Combat) and my wiifit.
BTW WiiFit reckons I've lost 200g since Wednesday WOO!!
BOMBED at dinner, had Kiev and chips :doh:
But I decided to go onto Calorie King to see how much I should be eating, and it all fit into my calorie count (of 1800 :o) so YAY! Not very healthy though which is my goal :doh: It's so hard with Shel though, because of my ED history she is hesitant with encouraging me, and says I look great (even though really I don't), and won't pull me up if I eat, say, 12 bertie beetles!
BUT Cheds were on special (*DROOL*) and Shel said "aren't you going to get some?" and I said NOPE and bought some crusket things instead. :dance:
