Stay well away from the fudge. Go get something like peppermints. You can only eat a few and you don't do too much damage. Fudge is bad because it has heaps of fat as well as sugar. Otherwise get a milky way. They do very little damage.
My thing at the moment is a thick slice of fresh white bread with orange marmalade (no butter). I swear it is as good as cake but with a tenth of the fat.
For some reason fudge doesn't do it for me. I have a mental block against it. I love the taste and may have some when I am on holiday but can't buy it normally. For some reason I feel it is too bad. Same as flavoured milk. It is illogical as I could eat a donut, hot chips etc but for some reason I draw the line there. Yes I am strange.
