I weighed in but am back where I started. But without wanting to make excuses we have had a lot of upheavals in the last few months and now are starting to get some stability back so I will (I will I will) get my mojo back and get back into my fitness and healthy eating.
Thanks so much for the lovely comments. Some of you have done such an amazing job. For those in the same boat as me - the challenge was just one way of motivating - I know we can all find something now that it is finished to keep going with what we have started.
I really love our little BB community, thanks all for sharing and caring

Hi ladies! Well, it's over! Unfortunately, I was only really 'into it' for the first half before I fell off the wagon . But, with what I am now I still lost 6kg on the challenge, and around 10-11kg from my starting weight (before the challenge started). So I'm definitely better than I was! I will find the motivation again, I'm determined to be thin again, one day!

I still have my gym membership which I'll definitely use - never thought I'd join a gym, but there you go!

Thank you so much for organising this Krysalyss! Such a great idea, and it was such a help in those early days! Thank you for all your time and effort in working out percentages, etc and putting them up! Awesome work!

Bella: You go girl!!! You were actually part of my initial motivation to lose weight (before the challenge), and now to see you going so well - you really are an inspiration!

Suz: That is an awesome weight loss!!! How great that you've exceeded your expectations!

Alison: Zumba sounds awesome! I want to get a DVD of it or something to try out - might be a bit more fun than the usual stuff .

Take care girls, and well done!

    Hi Girls!

Thanks Krys, like you I fell off the wagon quite early and only lost half of what I wanted to but it's better than nothing as Sterla says! Yay to us Sterla. Zumba was fantastic, I'm sore in the legs 2 days later but I love that, makes me know I've done something. Can't wait to do it again next week and hopefully start kicking some weight.

Good luck everyone in your weight loss journeys! xx

    Hi Girls!

Sterla - That's still a great result and the number of cms you have lost is fantastic! Now you know you can do it and you know you'll use your gym membership. I think this thread has been great for showing us that there's support there if we want it and that if you fall off the wagon you can always get back on again.

    Bella - You're truly amazing!

Alison - Go Zumba! I found halfway through the challenge that I had to do something different with my exercise to keep the weight moving off and keep me interested. Zumba sounds like the perfect thing, I hope it shifts the rest for you

Krysalyss - The journey's so much easier when you have someone to share it with We'll be here when you get your mojo back and you'll be running that half marathon before you know it!

AFM - I don't really know where to go from here. I'm thinking I just work on a fitness goal now and any further weight loss/toning from here is a bonus.
