Curves and Contours are very very different..
Curves is Mcdonals and Contours is Hungry jacks.... Where do you go for a Happy meal??
Curves is much better weight resisting eqipment so not hard on your joints or bones.. whereas contours is all weight bearing..
Curves was the first 30min workout in the USA and contours is a copycat..
curves is 30min which is your cardio weight resistance, stretching ..
Contours, is 29 plus stretching etc.
Curves has been proven by many universities in the usa backs them!
