Diet and excercise programe that wont affect BFing
Just wondering i need to drop some excess weight but dont want it to affect my milk supply. I diested with My DS and ended up losing all my milk supply... i dont want this to happen again...
I exercised gently through walking and swimming as soon as DD was born. Then I dieted and exercised more intensely while BF but only once DD was about 8 months old. I did an Olympic distance triathlon and Around the Bay in a Day (210km bike ride) while still BF so it can be done.
I saw a naturopath to get my diet right and then did personal training building things up slowly.
