nai: wow on the run, you have lots of energy.
kaz: good job no desserts, keep up the good work
bw: naughty but who can resist profiterols? really who ?!.our bodies are different after babies and we need to accept that. i have friend who skinny, had 3 kids still skinny but shape has changed. as long as you're happy thats all that matters:D
belfie: it's hard to be good when your preg.
ktgirl: woohoo 400g, if we did this every week it would add up. keep up the good work and stay off the scales for a few days, you might get a nice suprise. good luck
leesa: good job with weight loss. as for the measurements i took all of mine and then just worked out how much i wanted to lose from each area, 12 cm from abs but only 5 from hips. i really don't work to a size as sizes are all over the place . sometimes i can fit onto a sie 12 but most of the time i am a 14 to 16. so who knows.:shakehead:
time4myself: good job with the goals. good to do the measurements too as sometimes the scales don't move much.
sloane woo hoo 1.6 kg thats fantastic:happyforyou: keep up the good work.
queen: some big goals, but we all need to have a goal, good luck to you.:goodluck:
AFM: well i havn't weighed myself, i was a bit naughty with 3 x white bread from the bakery yesterday ! oops, but am back on track today.
i am sure everyones bodies are different and mine does not like bread, it makes me bloat and fat !!!
i have taken my measurements and have set myself some rewards for every 5 cm's i loose.
i want to lose 50 cm all up. or fit into my old size 12 clothes i wore 3 years ago, was after 3 kids and i'd be happy with that.
i am currently size 14 to 16 so got a little way to go yet.
