... ah, but Jodi what a fab excuse ....... CONGRATS again on the #3 bubba news :confetti:
As for me thought a miracle might have happened for me too but i had spotting since last Thurs & today AF arrived, has all come early so GP appt in 3wks to see what's going on :( ... was so beautiful to have the HOPE of maybe possibly being preg again BUT it's not to be !!
Forgot to weigh myself yesterday with the downer of AF arriving & then worry of biopsy i had today (results next week to see if have melanoma)
... So sorry gals feeling a bit flat here, also cause i have been naughty with food with the hormones going nuts the past week & reckon i have put on weight this past week rather than lost it :shakehead:
... BUT overall what HAPPY news with lovely Jodi :D
... forgot to weigh yesterday so weighed today ... darn it no lose but then i have fallen off the wagon ' slightly '
so it would seem i am no longer dieting due to my little bellybean! :D!!
Not too sure where that puts me for attending the shindigs either as i will be about 8months pregnant at the time LOL. Will play it by ear (is that the saying?)
Great job on all the losses ladies
Congrats again Ammaki!
Very happy for you  What a nice reason to be not dieting :D
yay !! looks like a trend is happening !!
jumped on the scales :59.3 ... then had maccas for lunch and satay for tea then home ice cream when the kids go to bed  and im a little down lately and hugely stressed so im craving sweets like nothing else !!
.......... noticed no one's been in here for awhile, so i thought i'd mention if it makes anyone feel any better ... i haven't lost any weight BUT gained an extra 3kilo's (yeh lead up to Xmas and then til now :shakehead:) ... oh, deary me back on the wagon i climb ;) (well here's hoping :crossfingers:)
... HELLOooo, HELLOooo ... was wondering where everyone is ??
Not alot of change with me other than losing 3kilo's since my surgery to have my gallbladder removal 2weeks ago, my eating habits have taken a turn for the better like heaps more fruit & veg, and lots of carb food cut out, and no red meat ... though not a huge change just wanted to help my dear ole liver out seeing it's gonna be working a tad harder with now Miss Gallbladder gone ;)
Nothing much to tell on the weight loss front but I just had to reply -
smiles4u that is one HOT avvy!!
Actually I have started physie classes, same thing as my DD does, I feel a bit of a fool  but there is no doubt it is going to work me out :p ...
I havent been able to do anything with my bung bum BUT now that the op is behind me (excuse pun) I am looking forward to loosing more backage.
Less carbs for one, and once the stitches are out and the doc gives me the all clear its walkies
I stepped on the scales this monring at have lost 3kg in 2 weeks aswell...mush be al that mushy shait that i had stored up
thanks heaps Jasp ... farr outt i better look more like my avi by the time i'm at the GC, lol  (Call me silly but was is physie class, seriously i um have no idea )
hey Maz ... i was making a few dashes to the loo for a couple of days, yep thinking my 3kilo's was stored up there too ROFL
Oh, I had no idea either (before she started about, 4 or 5 years ago...)
it's like a combination of exercise & dance kind of...it's hard to describe... but it is classed as a sport & it does give you a work out. Usually you compete in leotards :o but I don't think anyone wants to see that
and Maz, I reckon 3kg gone is gone and yahoo, no matter where it came from
Jasp .. wow that's the first i've of heard of it, hey sounds like FUN
