elliebugs- try and give your body a few days to get used to it. have healthy fruit and veg or rice cracker snacks in between meals. Yoghurt is really good too because it is high in protein, protein keeps you fuller longer :)
I agree. It'll take a few days, or even weeks, for your body to adjust. It's a big change that's happening.
