    Herbalife?

Has anyone tried this for weight loss? I had a very nice lady come over today and give me some samples an have a chat about it, It sounds pretty good and not that expensive. So now I'm trying to find out what it's really like. Any information would be appreciated.

Love it! I've lost about 25kg since having Emily, and most of that is thanks to Herbalife. My mum put me onto it a few years ago when she used to have it. This is the second time I've been on it, and both times I've always lost weight.

That's good that you have had success, I'm thinking about definitely trying it. Did you use all the products or just the shakes, multivitamin and formula 5?

I only had the shakes, never worried about the rest.

it works. I hd to stop though as it got too expensive. If you dont buy the tablets and tea stuff then it would prob be alright but I dont know if you would get enough of the daily requirements without them.

How much does it all cost? I am desperate to start loosing weight - this might just be the quickstart i need to keep going with a diet etc.

    Perfectly fine while b/f.
Check on Ebay, I paid about $20 each for mine at one stage, which is excellent. One container will last 1-2 months, depending on how often you drink it.

I've been using and distributing Herbalife since January and i feel better than ever. i need the energy boost and immune boost i get from it. My Dad's been using it too and has lost 20kg with a back injury and an office job, so yeah it works

I had a look on their website - but got a bit bamboozled by all the different products... which ones do you need to loose weight, and what is just extra gimmicks (i already take a multivitamin).

I was a herbalife distributor for a while, and while i agree the products worked, I had to stop because the shake is genetically modified and that just turned me off. It may have changed now though and may not be an issue to anyone else anyway. Just wanted to let you know xo

So I don't really need all the extras then? I can't wait to start and see what results I'll get. Thank-you for all the replies. I tried my sample yesterday and I have to say it wasn't too bad, really filling.

I have never worried about the extras, just the shakes themselves.
Good luck. I started seeing results instantly.

The 'extras' help supress appetite, ensure you have all the vitamin and mineral requirements you need in place of the food and help keep you feeling fuller for longer, ensures your digestive system health, etc so if you can afford them it really helps with the whole dieting thing. The shakes on their own do work though. Some people add the protien powder to the shakes to help them stay fuller for longer too.
