    how do i do it!!??

Ok im getting frustrated at the moment...
I want to tone up my body and get rid of all those extra 'bits' that i have got from pregnancy!!!

What exercises are best for getting rid of the dreaded baby belly???
Also can someone tell me if its true that if you do pec exercises it will help your Boobs sit up nice again?? LOL

I also want to tone my bum and thighs.... so what exercises have people found to work better than others??

I want to do this by not going to the gym either, just want to be able to do some exercies at home!!

    thanks!

    Hey Raver,

I found the best way was high impact so for me it was running. Yeah it hurts and isnt easy but it gets the results! (if you aquired a treadmill you wouldnt have to leave the house).
Hope you and the little ones are well

Cross trainer!! man those things get you into a sweat.
If you don't have access to one you could look into hiring one?

Sounds crazy - but the Wii Fit program has some excellent toning exercises, and Yoga poses....It doesn't seem like it's hard until you try it!! And BOY can it work those muscles, especially in the abdominal area.

Any fittness place that sells them really should also hire them...try googling maybe? Not sure what is there in victoria so I can't really give you any names!

A friend of mine hired one , I think over 6 months, and while she was on the 6 month contract lease thing she was also able to go in and swap around for different machines when she got sick of the other one...
