That was my excuse too. Hence the exercise bike... I know it's not as good, but it makes things soooo much easier. Means I can jump on after the boy goes to bed for the night.
Mmmm I also had a yummy stiry fry for dinner. Semi-healthy, if I could learn jar-less recipes!
Ate a healthy breakfast, already got dinner sorted and one DS goes down for next nap am doing another 15kms.

hun! I uuummmmmmm am eating some Rocky Road chocolate and having my coffee right at this moment I AM going to get fit once this bub is out and setting myself the goal of a mini triathlon for summer 09/10(that seems sooo far away but I guess it's not!) Good on you hun!
I don't know where my motivation came from. I was just feeling crap yesterday so got on the bike and didn't stop. I am in need of motivation to kick about thirty kilograms so thought I would search for some here!
I rode for 1 and a half hours on my bike all over my estate with DH. Sore as hell today but fully intend to get on my stationary bike for a 10 km ride this evening!
WTG Ash, remember how good you feel! It'll give you the motivation to do this all the time!
