Just wanted to share my weightless news![]()
I started this year feeling frumpy and old (yep crazy given I turned 27 in May) I was unfit and found it hard to play with the boysI wanted to make a New Years Resolution so badly but really hated that cliché. It was around the 3rd week in Jan when hubby took a photo of me that I hated what I saw, the reality hit me like a tonne of bricks and I made a choice. I made a goal without a time limit, all I wanted was to be able to run around with my boys and play with them for longer than a minute.
Since then I have lost 24.5kg. I have gone from being a size 18-20 to now a size 14-16! My health has improved so much, I had a problem with my liver which is now correcting itself, my skin, nails and hair are all healthier and I am feeling great.
I still have a minimum of 15kg to go (20kg gets me back to per children, but I'd be happy with a loss of 17kg), but I CAN do this, not just for but for my boys too!
There is no secret, I came off anti depressants (which have a side affect of weight gain) and I'm eating smaller portions, more of the good stuff and less of the not. I still have chips, lollies, chocolate, etc I just don't eat as much of them. I'm also making more effort to exercise, including walking the kids to the bus stop instead of driving.
Thanks for reading, I just wanted to share my story![]()
