I've recently increased my gym visits from once a week to 4-5 times a week. I'm only doing group fitness classes (1x Pilates, 1-2x pump, 1x body balance and 1x step). I can feel after 2 weeks of doing this that my body feels great and I'm starting to see results. But I have to stop weighing myself...a habit that DH and I have been getting into recently of weighing ourselves every few days. This morning when I weighed myself I'd gained 2kgs. DH reminded me that with my pump classes and using the weights that I'm gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat which is why I've gained weight.
So I think I have to start measuring myself rather than weighing myself.
