I am pregnant with bub number 3 and my thighs are already rubbing together and I am only 12wks!! This usually doesn't happen until I am a couple of weeks off giving birth.
I have seen photos of my self after having DD2 and wow I looked terrible. How can I keep my weight under control during my pregnancy? Anyone follow a particular eating and exercise regime?
I am really trying to this time around after gaining 35 kilos with DS1 and going from a BMI of 22 to closer to 30
I'm taking an antenatal aqua class (physio run) twice a week and have just bought the preggi bellies exercise DVD and will do that twice a week as well. I was going to the gym before I fell pg, but my only free nights are the same ones my aqua class is on so I cant get there now, and its difficult on the weekend with DS. At least with the DVD I will be able to do it when he is sleeping.
Anyway, food wise has been a little easier this time as I'm not constantly ravenous, but trying to eat more fruit and veg, less sugar, low fat dairy. I've also ordered a book 'the new glucose revolution' and planning to go low GI for the remainder of the pg to see if that helps
RayRay - I have the PreggieBellies DVD too. I bought it when pregnant with DD2 but didn't use it. I think I'll try and get up early a couple of mornings and give it a go. I also have a treadmil so I'll try and do 20mins or so on that a couple of times per week. I am hoping that the first trimester tiredness will pass very soon...
