Well I think I've been doing pretty well. I did 2 15 minute powerwalks and have also been on my exercise bike every morning. I might do my 3rd Powerwalk this afternoon when DP gets home from work. I did a bit of reserch on the net last nigth and found a pretty handy site on weightloss and exercise so might start doing the exercise plan on it.
I would carry around 20kg but don't know if I'm supose to. I have a hernia and was told not to lift my kids because the strain will make it bigger. Who knows. Great idea but.
