Welcome Annie - it's never to late to start!
Its been a very busy day for me. I went out to lunch with workmates today and there was not a lot of choice that didn't involve a deep fryer (we were at a service station road house on the highway.....I know I know......next time I need to say no - I left a really healthy lunch at work too :().
Breakfast:150g starwberries and pineapple; 175g low fat natural yoghurt; 1 espresso coffee - black no sugar.
Lunch:600ml diet zero coke; I chicken, lettuce and mayo sandwich on multigrain bread (forgot to ask for no marg - eeeek!). (Normally I would have had a hamburger and chips so feel ok about the choice I did make :) ).
Dinner:BBQ'd steak with morocan spice rub (yum); salad - lettuce, celery, capsicum, cucumber.
Snacks: a couple of plums.
Water: Struggling.
Exercise:Nil additional.
