Ugh - I weighed myself after roughly a week, and I'd PUT ON about 700gms... I haven't gone so well in the exercise stakes, but I actually DID exercise, which is an improvement, plus I've been eating better.
I think I'm just going to weigh myself at the two 4 week times...

and a big naughty 1 stick of rasbery liquorice (2 points )
i rode for 2 km in five minutes does that count for anything ?

Mrs.P - how disappointing! Perhaps the 700g is muscle? Didn't you say in another thread that you had lost 5cm off your waist? (perhaps someone else and my memory is going).

wah i dont feel like im losing any weight....
breaky - cornflakes with low fat milk
lunch - low fat subway
dinner - morrocan chicken salad made by me
snack - cashews
im eating the best ive eaten in years and am exercising each day for the first time in ages, why is it taking so long to see results? i think i actually went up on the scales by 2 kg or so.
