I've just come from an overseas holiday - and have put on heaps of weight.I've been pretty healthy before but always a bit on the chubby side still Now I'm not healthy at all, and I'm more than just chubby!

There's so much out there and I think I need to join something that's going to give me a bit of a kick start - but not sure which or what, there's sureslim, jenny craig,weight watchers but am also considering to see a dietician, anyone got any advice on what to do? I do a bit of self sabotage on the side too I'm always a hard person on myself so any advice with this in mind will be greatly appreciated
