Please tell me that 8kg is a good achievement - no one seems to have noticed!

8kg is a wonderful achievement, a big amount to lose in anyone's language.

This is just my perspective, but I often feel nervous about mentioning someone looks like they've lost weight. I feel worried about bringing up something that may be a sore point? I never know whether to mention it and risk offence or not... Is it possible this is happening for you too?
