I'm BF at 11 months and he's slowly dropping feeds, I wouldn't think the nutrition was AS important anymore?? *don't shoot me!!*

I believe the Herbalife shakes are ok while pg & b/f. There are a few Herbalife distributors on BB, hopefully they'll pop in to confirm that for me.

'Xndo' is the only one that I have heard of that is BF friendly

I have been researching Iso whey complete.
It is safe to use during B'fing.
You can check it all out for yourself on PharmaFoods - Homepage

You can get Iso whey at some chemists it can cost between $36 to $65
I found it for $36 on special at a chemist but there is a chemist on line that sells it for $39 all the time.
