With a rope. The whole street can see into my yard, and I'm really an uncoordinated dermfpot.
But we're moving out soon, so who cares, right?
Does packing boxes count as a workout?

Woooohooooo, the journey begins tomorrow :)
I'm so excited i want thisweight gone sooooooo bad.
Just lucky we start tomorrow had a bad 2 days :D
also, breastfeeding mummas remember that when you last fed can impact your weight :). My plan is to weig in after breakfast and morning feed when I'm empty boobs. Good luck ladies.
Im relatively unawares about BF and weight loss etc. For those who are doing it or done it, do you think it had an impact on your weight/figure?
Im very interested :)
Awwww Sunny I just saw that you are the oinker for DarkDreamer! She was my oinker and I was your oinker.... Together we are 3 onikers :p "onik, oink" I actually say those words daily, several times a day to DS and he cracks up teheheheheh..... So breastfeeding, yes it can change the scales thanks for the reminder Tara, so weighing in can be tricky, I'm not too worried about it though, I lost 8kg's starting when ds was 6 weeks old and I just weighed in after he had a feed. I don't think bf'ing helped me loose weight though.
Westy I am so with you on the desperation to loose the weight!! I've been pretty slack
AFM I've been trying to figure out which pool to get a pass to and for DS to have swimming lessons at.... Better figure it out tomorrow or Friday I think so that I can get started!
Can't wait for tomorrow, girls! I've had such a crappy couple of days foodwise that I'm more determined than ever.
Oh so many of us, that's great!!
I'm off to a good start tonight, just ran 25 mins/3.5km and I had to keep pulling my pants up so that means they are getting too big woohoo lol!! I must admit I'm probably gonna eat something naughty tonight before the official start tomorrow.
Good luck everyone :)

Cherished - Yeah I’m sort of doing the sweet poison quit plan. I haven’t cut out sugar/fructose completely but I have cut way, way, way back. So I’m heading in the right direction with a few blowouts along the way. He says in the book that women usually find it better/easier to cut down gradually rather than go cold turkey (men tend to be able to go cold turkey more easily).
I’m fully BFing DS3 and I’m constantly starving. I lose weight when I’m pregnant because I’m just so totally uninterested in food, but as soon as bubs is out, I’m cramming anything I can get into my body. I am consuming way more than I need for me and my milk making, hence the weight gain.
:cheer: Hooray for Spring! Go us! :leap:
After being so good with eating and exercising for the past month (and having lost 7kg+ as a result), I have had a crappy last few days. Back on board as of tomorrow though!
Bring on spring! :D
Wohhoo the day is here, let's get going hot sexy mummas!!!! I'll be back later for persies & some more motivation, must go and clean the house (1st workout) and I've already drank some water so I'm off to a good start!
... list moved...
Im excited! I weighed in this morning at 71kg on the dot. Im going to have to do mini goals to keep me motivated! So I think by the end of this month I would like to have lost 3kgs and if I do I will reward myself with a 1 hour full body massage! Good luck to everyone! Thanks Cherished for getting me started!
Spring is here! I weighed in at 77.4 today  So I'm 3kgs above my pre-baby weight.
Going with my 10kg goal I hope to be maximum 67.4kgs by summer. Not my ultimate end weight, but I'm not gonna lose 17kgs in 13 weeks!
Good luck everyone!
Im yet to weigh in, I don't own scales  but we're off to the GP today so I will get her to weigh me and note what time and when Chevy's last feed was :)
BUT.......i'm well into MILF-mode now and am going to get super tough on myself as of today!
hannanat love the determination
munchkin don't you just love that pant pullin gup stage woohooo! What did yo u have naughty last night? I've really gotta find ways to reward myself that dont' involve food ;)
Epacris I was the opposite, while pg a stuffed everything in my mouth, I put on heaps! Breastfeeding I was eating normal I guess, and now I need to cut down portion sizes and ds is not feeding as much now that he has lots of soilds. I think I agree with the sugar thing, my dh could cut out anything if chose to whereas I find it harder.
Steral 7kg's is impressive! How have you done it?
minimatron, You are very welcome :D You are the one who is going to do all the hard work. Rewards are a great idea! I have already booked myself in for a massage next week, they are my favorite thing ever! My reward when I have lost 12kg's will be a $1000 shopping spree :leap: which is sooooo much money for me and WAY more than I hve ever gone out and spent on clothing but hey it will be worth it. My mini goal for this challenge is 8kg though and then I am having a knee operation and will be out of action for 3 months :o and then I wan to get pregnant so I don't know if I will get on the shopping spree?
Kaytee 3kg above pre-baby weight is awsome, it's kind of like one little goal box ticked once you reach the pre baby weight kwim
AFM well I have been active all morning chasing ds around and cleaning with a little helping hand from dh which is always lovely. After I get off the computer I am going to decide on which pool to go to for my swimming which I plan to do once or twice a week. Dh will also come with ds and they can have a swim while I do my laps :D
Sunny go grab yourself some scales hon, they don't cost much and I think you can get them in the supermarket. MILF  so happy you are in this thread with me :D
Edit, cherished, I'm going for a 6kg loss. SIX KILOS. Hear me? I am going to lose SIX kilos. That's two for each month of spring.
Want me to say it again? Six kilograms. I will lose 6 (that's 3 times 2 for the mathematical types) of them.
Say it back, so I can't forget!
Weighing in at 68.8, but let's call it 69 for easy's sake. So I'm headed for 63.
Off to a rocky start. Baby still sick and I have a sore bum from being sat on the couch for 4 of the last 5 hours. At least I can't get up to stuff my face. Dinner is in the slow cooker. Black eye bean casserole with brown rice. Yessum, delicious.
I went to Rebel Sport today to buy a new sports bra because it’s my birthday on Saturday and I needed to get something for DH and the kids to give me (that I actually need and want  ). DS2 was due for a feed from my RHS. The poor girl that helped me with my size didn’t really know what to say poor thing. One boob looked like it had heaps of room but the other was all squashed up and squeezed out the top and sides. We both decided that that fit was as good as it was going to get.
And Audax, 6kg did ya’ say? Was it 6? Skipping is so hot right now. The guy behind me in the line at the checkout was a personal trainer and was buying 4, FOUR skipping ropes.
To all the runners, I did a little bit of running in between DD and DS2 but as soon as I found out I was pregnant with DS2 I stopped. I started again when DS2 was 8 weeks old and it was awful, I couldn’t run for more than about 200m and everything wobbled like crazy. But I’ve been plugging away, pushing myself each time and I can now quite happily run for 30min/5km without stopping. It’s amazing how quickly you can improve.
I was away yesterday and usually when I go away overnight I miss the gym but I dragged myself out of bed in time for a 6am pump class and got back to the hotel just as DH was waking up. I felt kind of smug having done a workout before he even got up. Then I went and ate a huge breakfast at a Lebanese restaurant - I think I must have consumed my bodyweight in chickpeas
I did about 45 minutes cardio today but nothing too strenuous.
