What exactly are you talking about? Do you mean fat metabolisers, diet pills, that sort of thing? To be perfectly honest none of those things really work hon...diet pills may make you lose weight by supressing your appetite but they will stuff up your metabolism and when you come off them you'll pack all the weight on plus some.

It is hard and it's not a quick fix solution but an energy defecit at the end of the day is the way to lose weight and the best way to do that is by eating well and exercising. Healthy lifestyle changes, not quick-fix weight loss products are the way to go to ensure your weight loss is sustainable.
