hi Sara,
I find the weekends harder to drink all the water, but food wise its not too bad as I am usually too busy to think about eating, so I end up eating more than I would if I wasnt on TF.
Good luck with your weightloss!

Ohhh i've been very baaaad! :( I got over my sicknesses finally but haven't been able to get the motivation to start TF again. Help me get some motivation please girls?
Tegan - accoring to my home scales this morning I've lost just over 19 kilos since July 14!!
Hows that for motivation?!
My official weigh in is not til Saturday monring, and my home scales are known to be "dodgy" he he but I think I am doing pretty well!
OMG Ray, that is fantastic!!
I think the thing that puts me off the most is drinking all the time. I just find it really hard to finish off the shakes and to drink all the water. Maybe coming into summer the water will be better to handle.
Wow Ray - that is fantastic for you! WTG!
Tegan - I find that if I have a water bottle (I use a 750ml one), than everytime I see it (at home) I have a drink then walk away, the bottle seems to be gone, without you feeling like you have to force so much down. At work I do the same thing - just have it beside me at my desk and drink now and again and it is gone. If I haven't had my water and I know I have to drink the whole thing, I just don't do it, or else it makes me feel sick. As you said with the warmer weather it should get easier, though.
Sara
Sara, I do the same thing with my pump 750ml bottle (Which I've just realised is at hom, and I'm at work! Looks like I'll need to buy another one)
I cant beleive ive found this forum ive doing TF for about 4 weeks have lost 4kgs i have to admit though i have lost the urge to continue. Over the last 2 weeks we had alot of sick kids so the coffee has been onging just to stay awake, the cost is a huge factor we are on one income with four kids youngest is 6months i not really motovated at the moment but DH says to keep going and having read rayray sucess i think ill give it another go
It is a bit costly, I agree, and we're on 2 incomes with only one child.
I have had a really terrible week, but am back on track now, I've only got 4 (I hope its still only 4) kilos left to go!
Hi,
Last week I went out and bought a box of the fatblaster shakes and I couldn't even get through anymore that 3sips I also tried optislim or optifast or whatever its called a few years ago and I couldn't drink that either. I really want to lose some weight but I don't want to go waste money on tony ferguson if it is the same.
My mum has tried tony ferguson and sh says it tastes good not the same as optifast which she also tried but I just wanted to get a few more opinions...does it actually taste ok?
i have found the majority of the shakes taste fine. I don't like the mango, wildberry, pina colada or english toffee, but I like all of the others.
Out of the 4 soups, I only like the asian curry.
I am back on the wagon, have fully weaned now for almost 3 weeks... so I am looking forward to shedding the kilos, self esteem isnt too flash at the moment. So, bring it on... about to have my first choc shake for breakfast... soooo hope I don't go through what I did last time on my first day :(
i have been on the TF diet for 3 weeks now and up to 6 kilos lost so far:dance:.. i have made it to my first mini goal of 5kg and working on the next 5:pray:!! last week was a bad week with maddy 1st birthday so we will see this week if the little splurge was ok!!!:crossfingers:fingers crossed:crossfingers:
hey girls,
i was just wondering i have a cupboard full of tony ferguson shakes. They are really yummy. i loved doing the program and lost weight easily. My fs dosent want me on a vlcd at the moment because he believes i need more kj's than that can supply me with. As i joined the program as a member i can resume again at any time,so i don't see the need to keep them all here. if anyone is interested ,please let me know. Mostly shakes;maybe a couple of soups, jellies, shaker, chromium and simply fibre.
Pauline
if you stillhave them.. i can take them off ya hands??
i too am interested:) my little bub is nearly 4 months old. i put on 35 kgs by the end of my pregnancy. i have 15 to go before im back to prepregnancy weight.. ive been on a diet of only fruit salad and veges... but i cheat nearly every day!! ive lost 7 kgs in 2.5 weeks :) my email is tabrezia@hotmail.com
well, I am officially going back on to TF this saturday *wont be able to get the shakes before then) I know I am going to have all the fibre related issues again, I'm going to have to take the maximum amount of fibre I can and have pears for my fruit.
Had a bit of a downhill slide since I went off, so about 10kg to go now, the plan is to stick it out for a month, see how I am doing than maybe switch over to WW after that.
good luck rayray im still on TF.. but i hate there simply fibre as you can taste it in the shakes!! YUK!!! i like the ones you cant taste!!
so far 8kgs!!
Hi Girls,
I'm not on TF but a program similar, I had lost 35 kilos but due to some serious christmas cheer and congratulatory eatings for doing so well I have put alot on so back on the bandwagon again.
Today is my first day 100% lol it is only 2pm so I am determained to get thru these first few days without deviating. Water is easier to drink with this warm weather thou
