Ray - you had a great weight loss for the week!!
I only managed 0.5kg ... If I can lose 1 kg a week then I should be down to 74kg for my wedding and thats 1kg more than what I was before getting pregnant. I'd be happy with that but I am determined to lose more than that! Just gotta be better with my diet and cut out half my carb intake!

i'm pretty happy about it though 'cause we had pizza followed by a magnum for tea last night tsk tsk to me. just think what i could have done had i not been so naughty last week,
I'll be better this week and next week should be better loss for me.

I was really bad over the weekend (wich i knew i would be!)
Weight today 75 kg :( Although i do have AF so im hoping ive lost a little more and its just from bloating not overeating.:redface:

I haven't weighed yet, becuase I like to weigh in the morning but I went to the gym early this morning and I was so sleepy that I can't read the numbers on the scale! I'm hoping for 500g - down to 99.5kg! Will keep you posted.
Weekend was a bit of a shocker - I baked for church and ate 4 muffins PLUS a heap of batter and icing! Back on the bandwagon today though big time. I wonder if I should have some kind of weekday vs weekend diet. So I'm extra strict during the week so I can splurge a bit more on the weekend (or at least continue eating like I do on the weekends!). I wonder if it's your daily calorie intake or your weekly calorie intake that matters more?

well done everyone I'm still 73kg but as I only started yesterday I will be looking for a better result next week. Keep up the good work everone and don't be too hard on yourselves as it will only make you sad and then you will reach for the comfort food! At least thats what happens to me he he.
