    Hey guys
I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for more than 5 years, I have lost over 60kgs myself.

I am no longer surprised by the diet trends making their rounds in society all the time. Like the low-carb diet.

I'll share one amazing piece of information with you:
low carb diets work while you're on them. They put your body into adrenal fatigue. The moment you stop dieting, you start gaining again. Ever noticed a trend like this??

There is a difference between 'skinny fat' and 'toned'. If it were me, I'd choose the carbs (40:30:30 blend carbsrotein:good fats) and tone my body, then to starve it and waste my muscle.... leading to future weight gain the moment I stop exercising or dieting.

Don't diet - make it a lifestyle. Exercise cos you love it! Eat well because your body is your only vessel and you want to keep it beautiful.

    xx

drinking 4litres of water a day is also very important and something people miss!
    40:30:30 blend
    4litres of water daily
alkaline the body through diet of fresh, organic leafy greens
30mins of light exercise a day (if this is all you can do), is better than no exercise at all and will still make a difference!

The more exercise you do, the more lactic acid your body will produce and therefore the more you need to ALKALINE your body.
