Well done, Sally! That really is awesome and hopefully encourages you to continue!
I have just started on a sugar-free journey. I am so far doing really well with it and am feeling generally less hungry. It is very early days for me just yet, but I am a real binger so this would seem to be the right answer for me.
Sometimes we focus so much on fat content and neglect to see how much sugar we consume! Honestly, I didn't realise quite how much I was having. Just something to be aware of, I guess
    All the best!

Thanks Snacks x good luck to you too!!!
I was never really one to eat sugary things, well except chocolate lol. I am still a snacker, but choose to by nuts and dried fruit (like trail mix) to nibble on instead of cake, chocolate, bikkies etc.

Early Kids (BTW FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!! to 'see' you again!!)

I would start it by drinking enough water. You may find that you are quenching your hunger instead of thirst on a lot of occassions. First up, my advice is to start drinking lots of water. I don't know what your intake is like to begin with, but if it's low (like mine hehehe), I would start with 1L per day & go from there.

After that, I would maybe look at investing in some fitness dvd's or possibly hiring a piece of exercise equipment as you say it's too hard getting out & about with the LO's in tow.

I HTH! & Good Luck!! I'll be here cheering you on!

    Love Jayne xx

Jayne!!!! Great to 'see' you too!!!

I'm drinking heaps of water, minimum 1litre a day mostly 2-3 litres. I have a vibration machine I've been using for minimum 10mins a day, mostly 20-30mins. Thanks for the tips
