Update: I held the undies in question up and said to DH 'Are these undies comfy?'. He made a face and said, 'no, I've worn them twice now and they're terrible... I can't fit both my nuts in and one hangs out the side and chafes against my pants. You may as well chuck them in the bin because I won't wear them again... don't buy any more of them.' When I finished laughing, I told him they were MY undies. He turned bright red and said, 'oh... can we keep this to ourselves?'

Uhhh... nah, I've already told the internet! And the big kids heard the whole exchange so I assume they'll be telling everyone at school tomorrow that daddy wears mummy's undies!!
