H20 mop x5. Reviews??

I got told that its hard to get replacement parts for it. You have to send them away if anything happens & they break. They only have 1 year,warranty.

Thanks. Don't think she will be too worried about that as they are going traveling soon and fil is handy.

google the product reviews for them....they suck (the reviews that is).

I recently borrowed one from a GF to try on my floors but found out it was a no no on floating floors. My GF loves hers. The heat and steam are adjustable apparently and she likes that it doesn't leave a puddle, but many of the reviews say the opposite.
