Cleaning off white walls?
So nesting is starting to kick in (I think) and there are SOOOO many things around this house that are bugging me.
I need to clean down all the walls, and I need to do it now lol however I don't have much energy so I want to get it right first time.
What are your tried and true ways of cleaning the walls without streak marks appearing afterwards.
Do I need to do from top to bottom or can I just do the lower half where the kids reach up too?
Thank you so much ladies, this house is driving me crazy.

It can depend on what kind of paint has been used, but I've always found cream Ajax cleanser to work a treat
Crayons, pencils, 'the outline of wear my dogs lean' , scuff marks from shoes and just plain old grubby marks.

I've always just used sugar soap and do top from bottom, I've found if I do it half way then I can always notice where I stopped.
Also those chux magic eraser block thingies work well for marks.

So should I go around and spot clean first? Then wipe the walls from top to bottom?
Man I sounds like I have never picked up a sponge.

Yes, that little mark remover is awesome too - I just do the spots to start, and if they leave a 'bright' patch then i'd go on to do the whole wall - or get DH too lol!

If you use the chux block thingies go easy because you can quickly start stripping paint if you "go at it" lol
