Do any of you wonderful ladies have a house cleaning roster / task lists that you use?

Im really great at keeping things under control when im not at work, its when im working that its not that great. We have got a lot better though .

Do you have tasks that you do each day?
What do you do weekly?

P.S...Having a cleaner isnt an option..I only wish we could get one her
