Well done hun!! Very organised indeed.
I look forward to seeing your progress. I dont have any energy lately either, I have 2 full clothes baskets plus another load on the line of clean clothes to fold & pack away, a sink full of dirty dishes & a messy house in general atm. Oh & I've been meaning to clean my car for AGES too!!
Good luck, hopefully when I see how much you're getting done then I'll jump on board & get stuck into mine too

Thankyou ladies for the support It's just what I needed.

This morning, I had a horrible, horrible headache so I didn't do anything - We spent the day with friends so I didn't do anything. I have work tomorrow, but I will be definitely going through a couple of crates

Marydean, thankyou That's just given me the motivation to do todays work I have had barely any sleep because I finished work at 230am but didn't get home til 330am, and sleep till 4am and awake to DS at 720am - have had a small 1 hour nap, but was still feeling tired. My motivation has just hit

Leesa, I'm going to take a few photos and post them in photobucket. I'm taking a photo of the bedroom 'before' and posting it in photobucket (cause I'm sure DH won't appreciate the whole world seeing unless I give them the link!) in about half an hour, because it's back to how it was before I did whatever on Wednesday - I will be sharing those photos here only

    Update

Well, I haven't done anything here since Wednesday, but that's because Thursday I worked, Friday I had no energy and was feeling VERY sick so I didn't do anything, Saturday was our family day out and Sunday I worked.
So, after reading my updates (and order my lunch ), I'm off to do some more cleaning. I will come back and post what I did and post the links to the photos too

Well done LJ! Don't beat yourself up if you don't get it all done as quickly as you originally wanted. Don't forget you have a gorgeous little boy to look after so just day to day stuff is amazing, any extra is a miracle. You're doing a great job and inspiring me to think about doing the same. (My DS likes to give himself a clap when he achieves something, make sure you do to)

    Thanks Rowellen
I did that when I last did something - I sorted through all the drawers and when I finished, DS was in his walker and I clapped, and it was like he was trying to copy

    WTG LJ!!

I got in and cleared *everything* off my dining room table yesterday. I now have neat in-trays of things to do in order to get on top of my paperwork. I used it as an opportunity to get some things done too.

    Good on you MD!

    Update
Well, I'm proud to say that I have finished the bedroom, but have the wardrobe to do and ensuite. The Wardrobe is gonna be a HUGE job, but I'm not doing that till Wednesday as DS has his 8 month CHN checkup. I'll be tackling the ensuite tomorrow after the appt, which won't be too much. I might save the mopping of the floors in the ensuite till after I've completely done everything.

    What I did today
    * Completely cleaned up the floor
    * Vaccuumed the floor
    * Cleaned up the headboard, the bed side cabinets (went through the clothes in there too)
    * Filled up 2 bags full of clothes I'm getting rid of (We've got a winter appeal at work atm, so I will drop one of the bags in the appeal bin and the other in the Good Sammys bin or Salvos)
    * Filled up 2 bags of rubbish.

    The beginning :

    Before, with supervisor - William
The wardrobe, which is being tackled on Wednesday
DHs 'side' of the bed, before clean up

    AND! The finished results :

    TV cabinet cleaned and organised
DH's 'side' of the bed. DS's rocker in the corner that he slept in while sick. I'll fix that up later.
Supervisor William enjoying rolling around on the newly made bed
    The entry, all clean!

ETA: I'm so glad I'm not the only one who drops clothes etc on the floor next to my bed

Hahaha! Danielle, I used to have SO many clothes (the two bags full are just MY clothes!) that the ones I commonly wore would just be next to the bed, ready for me to put on... Since going through the drawers, I have SO much more room now that I have put everything I wear in the drawers

    Thanks POF!

    Update
I have had all of 3 hours of sleep as DS was being a terror last night/this morning (still kinda is)

    What I did today
    * Cleaned out the tubs in the wardrobe and sorted through the rest of the clothes
    * Filled up an extra bag of clothes - Clothes bags now stand at a total of 3 (with DH still to sort his clothes out) and rubbish bags are 3.
    * Got the clothes that still fit and put them into a pile for washing (they smell funny)

Gotta clean the ensuite today and the bedroom is DONE! It's a bit messy because of having to pull the stuff out of the wardrobe, but all I need to do is throw what I'm keeping into the crates and put the crates away.

Tomorrow, because I'll be working night shift, I'm gonna do nothing - But the next port of call is the lounge room
I'm so glad that you ladies are here and have witnessed me finishing a room
