Can you get milk stains out?

Hi everyone I am having trouble getting milk stains out of my nab us cot rails I have tried soap and water, sugar soap, toothpaste and bleach any more ideas?

Soak in cold water with some detergent, then give it a good rub, wash in cold water as usual.

If you can hang it up in the sun, that may help to bleach any remaining stain. (Sunlight also works for tomato sauce and some other stains)
