How do I do this? Take the mattress outside, hose it down, carpet cleaner?? and just leave it in the sun???

It's a plain foam mattress. And it has some vomit on it, thanks too ds. Shame.

Pillows?? Just throw them in the washer?? Won't they bunch up? Hand wash??

I'm clueless
