What Domestic duties have you achieved today? #3

Cleaned up the lounge room *again* LOL!
Cleaned the kitchen.
Showered.

Would like to:

Swish & Swipe 2 bathrooms.
Fold 1 load of washing.

Trying not to do anything this morning! Will get my butt into gear though this afternoon and try to bring on this labour!

Ok.... today I have

*booked car into Auto Elec
* chased around after three children
* taken DH's lunch up to him after he forgot to eat
* helped DH out(he was horny! LOL)

Vacuum the car,which is quite a challenge at the moment with it's position under the house!
Ironed a handful of clothes.

If I can manage to get dinner cooked and DD's bag packed for school tomorrow I'll be happy :)

I am sooo exhausted from scrubbing the bathroom today. I am just about to get Oscar to bed and wait for DH to bring KFC home :confetti: Now that's my kinda night out/in :lol:

Well after a very lazy week with DF home, I have finally gotten my arse into gear now that he has gone back to work! lol

today I have...
*done the dishes - twice
*a load of nappies
*2 loads of washing
*cleaned the lounge
*prepared the spare room for my sis coming to stay for easter (yay!)
*sorted all bump's new clothes
*changed our bed

Tomorrow have to vacuum the house and mop the floor, clean our ensuite and thats it! :)

Hmmm .... today I haven't done much at all.
* unstacked and restacked dishwasher
* did hand dishwashing
* cooked pancakes from scratch
* finished sewing a skirt I started months ago (and, sadly, I absolutely hate it and will NEVER be wearing it)

Today I have:

Emptied dishwasher
Hand-washed dishes
Vacuumed and mopped floors
Changed sheets
Washed 2 sets of sheets, tumble dried and put away
Food shopped
Made Lamb shanks with plum and rosemary which are currently baking away...


The bathroom is DH's task for the weekend ;)

I managed to go round the whole house and replace all the lightbulbs that were out.

I also totally meptied the laundry, cleaned all the shelves and drawers, scrubbed the benches, and scrubbed the floor...

And made Toad in the Hole for dinner, which we had whith home grown beetroot & home grown peas!

I finally set up my nursery. With only 4-5 weeks it was just a little overdue. I'm very pleased with myself that we've finally done it.

i will happily admit to having done NOTHING in the house today at all! didn't even make my bed. jumped out of bed, went shopping briefly, and spent all day in the garden! now, if we're talking DG roles in the garden, i'm WAY up there!

What I did today:
Cleaned kitchen
Tidied living area and lounge room
Drew a sewing pattern for a bib
2 loads of laundry into machine, 1 load into dryer (it's raining here), 1 load folded
Planted a tree

Hhhmmm.. It seems I made lots of mess to add to my duties today! :rolleyes:

* Made pancakes for Luke's breakfast... cleaned that mess...
* Made cookies for the jar at work (to serve with coffee's)... cleaned up that mess...
* Made beef casserole & dumplings... cleaned up that mess..
* 2 Loads of washing for home, 2 loads of washing for work (1 lot DH's work clothes.. ew.., 2nd lot tea towels for work... double ew...)
* Tidied up the loungeroom about 4 times over as Luke & his friends came in and out all day playing MarioKart on the Wii....
* Did the wages for work... (I know its not cleaning, but its a chore.. and annoying! :p)

Now I'm looking at the massive pile of ironing that I need to do but am thinking that my new book and a glass of red after Luke goes to bed is MUCH more appealing ;)

So far I've:

- put 2 loads of laundry in the machine
- put 2 loads of laundry in the dryer (it's still raining)
- put 3 buckets out in the rain to collect water to water my plants with (we have level 6 water restrictions here)
- cleaned kitchen
- made bed
- decluttered knickers drawer and jewellery box
- cooked playdoh
- cleaned kitchen again
- folded nappies and Jambin's clothesf

Hopefully I will fit more in this afternoon. I have to go to the shops to buy my sister a birthday pressie, claim some medicare refunds, and get some socks for Jambin.

So far today I have:
Finihsed off last nights dishes.
Two loads into machine.
1 load onto line.
2 loads folded.
Swept and vacced lounge and kitchen.

Well being friday lol ive done almost everything lol mopped the floors,done dishes,washing,changed bed/cot sheets. vaccumed and im in the mood to do more but i got nothing lol

Today I have:
put everything on the benches away
changed the table cloth
put 2 loads of washing out
made beds
dusted-omg I hate dusting
cleaned up dds room
cleaned the splashbacks
washed the windows
vacumed
and finally mopped.

In between that, I ate lunch, checked my emails and while standing here I felt my baby kick...yay!!

I have done bugger all today apart from create mess with the kids, LOL!

BUT, I have cooked a tuna mornay......DH and I are off on a hot date tonight so the tuna mornay is already to just pop in the oven for our babysitters......

Well doing well considering I am getting used to looking after 2 and have a party to prepare for:

tidied DD1's bedroom
started on the toy mess :rolleyes:

I have vacuumed and mopped the majority of the house, been to the shops to get some food (not all of it healthy, haha).. done some washing, and I have some more to fold and put away. I also have a bathroom to clean but I probably won't do that till tomorrow if I can possibly help it..
I also have a cake to bake this afternoon in preparation for a birthday tomorrow...

had my first regular day of having both children at home - DS was in fulltime daycare until I was happy with my recovery from c-section.
I have managed to do much more than I expected I would achieve having two kids at home all day:

Cleaned the stove
Put dinner in slow cooker
Had a shower
Did a load of washing
Made all the beds
Cleaned up the mess DS made
Went for a walk to shops with both kids
Bought fruit and veg from Coles
Made Icing and put on Milk Arrowroot Biscuits with DS
Made lunch and had Lunch with DS
Washed lunch dishes
Re swept floors
Hung out washing
Emails to DH, Ebay check, Belly posts
Re mopped the floors
Folded and put away half the washing
Went to the park
Started chopping up vegies for dinner
Finished the folding of the washing
Finished cooking dinner
Washed the dinner dishes
I'm proud of myself

Defleaed the cat and dog
Completed my marking
Put washing away
Did washing up

That's about it...

Made chicken pie (did the shopping for the chicken also, to freeze and for dinner)

Tidy-up the house (just paking away stuff and haning jackets)
Picked up our new t-shirt's for the shop

Now if only I could have finished the my books for June, and the shop also :(

Ok, I need to get motivated!! A fellow BB friend has been an absolute DG today and is putting me to shame really :rofl:

I've done a bit today, trying to catch up as I got NOTHING done last week due to becoming WYD pilgrims at the last minute..... & I mean at the very last minute, decided at 10:30am Tues & left at 11:30am Tues LOL so my house work didnt get touched :(

Today I have:

* vacuumed
* mopped all floors including bathrooms (I hate this job!)
* cleaned bathrooms (4 of them!)
* Packed dishwasher & put that on, yet to empty it!
* Took all rubbish & recycling out
* 2 loads of washing (yet to fold/iron)
* went through my shoes & threw out the ones I dont wear anymore... has been driving me nuts for ages!

I have so much more to do but Braxton Hicks are getting the better of me, it's so frustrating having to stop all the time!

Now about to have a nice hot shower while DD has her bath before DH comes home & we go to the IL's for dinner tonight!! (thank goodness I dont have to cook!)
