Can you tell if you insemenated right if you have cramps.?

The reason I ask is because Im not sure if I had it close enough to the target! I feel like such a dunce if I can't even get myself UTD.....I tried to stay calm and totally could not..UKWIM...but I will probably be waiting for AF again!
