LT TTC - Requring egg donor - How do you feel etc.

Ive been through IVF etc, long story. Am now at the point where I am nearing the end of having my family and I always wanted to become an egg donor if I had have or NOT been able to have a family, either way, I was going to donate as my eggs were never the issue.
I know when I was going through IVF, if I needed a donor, I would have done anything. But I never needed to travel that road.

So for those of you out there that may be requiring an egg donor, how do you feel about it? Your feelings and thoughts on needing an egg donor? Is it what I think it is, you're last hope? I guess the big question, How hard is it finding a donor, how much trouble are you having?

I guess I feel that after having going through IVF, I would do it again in a heart beat to give another woman who so desperately wants it as bad as I did and if by chance, I can help, I want to.

hope Im not stepping on any toes, I just hope that my age(35) doesn't stop me from helping.

I recommend joining up with Aussie Egg Donors and talking with other donors and recipients to make yourself aware of all the options and issues associated with known or unknown donation.
