What questions to ask?

We are having a meeting with the coordinator on Monday to discuss donor conception, donor eggs at this stage.

Can anyone help me with what questions to ask? I know nothing about it, all I can think to ask about is cost, legal fees, cooling off period?

Is there anything else?

Hey FutureMum,

Here's a few things - fairly random order:

- Have you decided whether it will be a known or unknown donor - there are obviously more questions stemming from this one, particularly in regard to contact.

- Medical history of donor

- Age, appearance - do you get a choice?

- do you want to/are you allowed to meet the person?

- the medical side ie how does the collection work?

- access to counselling - particularly for you, as you may feel that you need to grieve

That's all I can think of - hopefully others will come in and add some info.
