If you are having a problem with a buyer or a seller and go to the online HELP, they actually will advise you to call the person, its very simple and they email back the info in a matter of seconds!!!! I say Ebay has a lot to answer for, I personally think thats wrong...apparently private info is'nt all that private between buyers and sellers and anyone who you buy from /sell to can get your full info at anytime????
I find this quite hard as I see it from both sides, Ebay go out of there way to get you to start auctions at a low price and a lot more people are interested if you do start low, in some ways i think if you can see what you are going to pay for postage you can decide whether or not you are prepared to pay that price or not. I hate when you get charged higher post and Aust post gets the profit when there was a cheaper way to send or they could have combined, I would rather see the seller get the extra than Aust post, they must be making a fortune from all of this!!!
