    What do I do?

I said in my speil to please make contact within 3 days of autcion ending, today is 4 and I sent an email, but no response. Should I give it a couple more days?

I'm new at this game...can ya tell?!

Send them a message asking when they will be paying.

I had this happen to me recently. I sent them an invoice straight after the auction finished stating payment within 7 days, no response. So i sent another email saying that if i didn't hear from them in the next 7 days i would report them as a non paying buyer which i ended up doing. They get 7 days to respond and if they don't respond you can close the case off and get a refund of your fees Hope it works out

I have found through selling on eBay and also OZtion that buyers are often use to making payment within 7days which means they don't always contact you by your nominated day for example 3 days as your or even longer like 5 days, to let you know what payment method they are going to make !!

If you have recently sent them a message ... i would wait until about 7 days after them winning then send them a payment reminder .. thought that depends on when you mentioned in your selling when your payment duration is ?? ... Is your nominated contact 3days and/or payment 3days ??

Thanks, I'll leave it till the weekend and if I have heard anything, I'll report as non-paying.

Does that mean I get some fees back?

I haven't sold on Ebay for some months as i've moved over to OZtion ... but from memory you get the value fee back but not the advertising fees ... hopefully it has changed since those Ebay rules ??

If you sold on OZtion you would get ALL fees$ back (though not as many buyers there and can take longer to sell items )

    Hi

I'm also selling a few things for the first time - the listings are currently active and only 1 has bids.

How do you establish how long they have to make payment - can you set this up when you set up the listing?

    Thanks.
