is it worth selling clothes on ebay?

I was thinking of selling some of the childrens clothes that are still in really good condition. They arent big brand names. My daughter has some beautiful party dresses that are just too good to give away.

I was also thinking of starting to sell Lachlans baby clothes as he is growing out of them.
Do you think it is worth it?

I've just finished selling my exUCW clothes on eBay, and I was pretty happy I've been using it for 4 years, and have only ever opened 2 unpaid item disputes. The most important things to remember (IMO) are -

    - Start with your lowest ideal price - don't start really low and assume it'll get to what you want.
    - Make sure you double check the postage prices - otherwise you'll end up eating into your profits.

    Good luck!

If they're clothes I woul send them in either the Parcel Post or Express bags - then its only a question of whether they are above or below 500g. I usually offer both normal and express in the necessary size (500g or 3kg) so they can choose registered or not, as express is tracked. The prices for these satchels are on the Australia Post website

I sell odds and ends on ebay, if you have baby clothes like growsuits etc it is best to sell them in small bundles. Make sure you take good photos. Some baby items are a bit slow to sell at the moment, so if you don't want your items to sell at .99c then set your starting bid a bit higher.
