Ebay seller tries to Sue buyer for neagtive feedback

On that stupid american 'celebrity jury' show.
A buyer is trying to sue a buyer for leaving negative feedback due to defamation of character and that she has caused him loss of income! What the??

He admitted the coupons she bought off him were out of date but tryed to sue her for $500 compensation for the negative feedback she left him anyhow! (he lost btw)

But scary that people might actually do that!!!!!!
