silly stuff up but i need to fix it

i won a skirt on ebay just before i moved.
which i thought i had paid for but then when we moved i thought oh maybe i didnt.
so i contacted the seller and asked if i had paid for it?
but in the mean time i got the skirt.
then got a responce "no you havent paid yet, i made a mistake and posted it with other stuff."
which was fine i want to pay her for it
but cant find her bank details... email her for them which she then sends me an email NOT via ebay with it on.
(being a very catiousebayer) i emailed back asking if she could send the details via ebay to make it official. that was thursday
i havent heard back yet (again)
i dont want to pay just incase im being ripped.... as i want it all through ebay.
can she give me neg feedback??
how long do i wait??

If you already have the skirt, i don't understand why you think you might be getting ripped.

I don't think sellers can give negative feedback any longer.

i don't think any seller would send something that hasn't been paid for hun

given she has sent the details outside of ebay, it sounds very suss and like she's trying to get a second payment. can you check your bank records online to see if you have paid already?

Ok, i was a bit confused before. You think you may have already paid, but now she says you haven't.

Through e-bay, you should be able to look up the date the item was bought and the exact price and then check your bank records.

i havent paid i have checked.
i dont want to pay if i dont have the details through ebay cos it might not be her. iykwim
so as long as i cant get in trouble(neg feedback) for this taking for ever to sort out

all they can do is put a non paying bidder strike against you - you can appeal, as you have record of asking for the details within ebay and not getting a response...

That always happens to me! When i am expecting an e-bay parcel and getting antsy, if i e-mail the buyer to check when it was posted i will get a card in the mail saying the parcel has arrived at the post office. Our post is slow, and i always put off e-mailing as long as i can, but when i do, it must be the trigger the 'mail fairies' need, and the parcel arrives.
